Haley - Owner & LEad Designer
Imaginative, detail orientated and passionate about the art of floral & event design. Her inherited instinct for design and her inspiration has stemmed from her Mom, Kim, who has flourished in the wedding industry with Wedding Design Studio for over 25 years. From a young age, Haley was a part of the business and worked in many roles, gaining experience, knowledge and skills for over 15 years. She has traveled to Seattle for the Sinclair and Moore Floral Design workshop and then for the Real Wedding Workshop where she was inspired by world renowned florist and event designer, Steve Moore. Following her heart and passion, continuing her Mom’s path while also beginning her own story, she created Ruffled Rose Co in 2017.
ANNIKKA - Lead floral designer & Event designer
With a passion for all things creative and beautiful, Annikka began her journey studying Interior Design at British Columbia Institute of Technology. After completing the program, she pursued a new creative direction and took a Floral Design Course in 2010. This sparked her passion for the art of designing with flowers. For years she worked in flower shops gaining experience and mastering her craft until her path led her to Haley and Wedding Design Studio in 2015, and then to Ruffled Rose Co in 2017.
Event team
We would not be able to achieve our high standard of events without our warehouse and setup/takedown team. Working behind the scenes, our warehouse team ensures our décor pieces are meticulously cleaned and packed, ready to go on event day. Our set up and takedown team members work long hours and late nights making sure every detail is perfect so that you can enjoy your day!
